Excellent Location and Helpful Staff!

The location is fantastic. It's only a short walk to the mosque. My room was quite clean, and I found the hotel itself to be modern! I needed a larger room, and the reception was very accommodating. I was happy the staff assisted me in getting a five-bed room for my family's arrival.

the staff were very helpful especially both cleaners on different shifts i appreciate their dedication. the location is great it's a short walk to gate 326. nearby are many shops restaurants cafes and a mall adding to the convenience i am grateful for the pleasant experience.
i noticed a slight delay at the reception during check-in a faster process would be appreciated.

the location was convenient at just a short walk to masjid al nabawi. the staff were helpful to me and my family .
the room i stayed in was not very clean the windows had noticeable dirt. the check-in process was long i waited a considerable time for a room to become available.
